Senior Accountant

• Taking over the agenda from an external accounting agency

• Setting up and overseeing all internal financial processes

• Responsibility for the company's double-entry bookkeeping

• Processing bank statements and payments daily; checking and accounting for documents, VAT registration, accounting for assets, depreciation, internal documents, invoicing, inventory of liabilities, receivables, and assets

• Monthly processing of VAT; annual preparation of financial statements and tax returns

• Communicating with financial institutions

• Providing financial consultation to the company’s management

• Reporting

• Professional experience in finance, accounting, and taxes

• Experience in managing banking operations, cash flow, and services

• Knowledge of relevant laws (Accounting Act, Accounting Procedures, Income Tax Act) is required

• Ability to prepare financial statements and tax returns independently and on time

• Professional appearance and good communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Reliability, responsibility, and independence

• Experience in accounting for intangible commodities (e.g., IT products)

• Proactive approach

• Comfort in advanced financial operations

• Expertise in double-entry accounting

• Advanced skills in invoicing

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Mastery of economic techniques for creating plans and budgets is an advantage

• The communicative level of English is an advantage

• Experience in record-keeping for special-purpose funds and subsidies is an advantage

• Familiarity with super deduction is an advantage
