We met for the first time as three young individuals with technical education and an innovative mindset when building a Slovak startup. Right from the beginning, it was obvious that we complemented each other perfectly: Michal’s endurance and business acumen, Matej’s reliability and financial expertise, and Richard’s preciseness and technical knowledge. Thus, we decided to leave the startup project and start something of our own: we established the software company Touch4IT.
Our first years in the market were challenging, but we have proven that we have the best team of experts capable of handling entire projects from start to finish. We have demonstrated our value as a technological partner to our clients by creating clean, user-oriented designs and delivering tailor-made software solutions. We help clients invent and create solutions and digital products that bring innovations to their industries and assist in growing their businesses.
At the beginning of 2024, we underwent an audit and obtained important ISO certifications in quality (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001), and information security (ISO 27001). In addition to the recommendation for certification, the audit praised us for the detailed development of goals and metrics, the expertise and professionalism of team management, providing high value and ensuring satisfaction, maintaining a high level of infrastructure, backup, risk management, and for strategic planning for future growth.

#Touch4Croatia
Every year we go as a team to the Croatian sea for a teambuilding event. Unexpected adventures, discovering new places, having fun at sea, common sports activities and mainly being together as a team.
#Touch4Hiking
We also made a tradition of exploring the Slovak mountains every spring and autumn. We hike together and search for new paths to reach the peak, enjoying the fresh forest air.
#Touch4Running
Passionate tourists, explorers, bikers, but also tough runners. Every year we build our own team of runners and take part in the Vltava Run relay race.
#Touch4Breakfast
Every month, we choose a team of chefs among us who prepare the most delicious breakfasts in the office for us. Tasty food, a good atmosphere, a friendly mood, and relaxed music.
#Touch4Party
Towards the end of the year, it is a tradition for us to organize the Touch4IT Halloween Party, and most importantly, the Touch4IT Christmas Party. Together, we recap the entire year, celebrate achievements, learn from mistakes, raise a glass of mulled wine, and have a good time together.
